Tea matters

Now that I am home, and now that I've re-tasted various American brands of Earl Grey tea, I've come to the disappointing conclusion that American brands of Earl Grey are really weak sauce. Compared to the swooningly fragrant loose leaf Earl Grey that I purchased through the Cambridge Tea Society, all the teas from American companies taste flat. Just flat.

I'm seriously stocking up on quality British tea before I leave Cambridge. And digestives.

  2. Well, this blog is mostly dedicated to Cambridge stuff, as sort of an online journal cataloging my study abroad experience, and I don't usually cook much at Cambridge (they feed me too well)... so probably not.

Besides, there are already many fantastic cooking blogs out there that I get my recipes and inspiration from (like Smitten Kitchen, Kayotic Kitchen, and 101 Cookbooks), so I wouldn't really contribute much anyways. :P

(If you already haven't bookmarked those cooking blogs I mentioned, I strongly suggest that you do. Like now.)
